Attorney Malpractice
STAVALE & GEMMETE, PLLC successfully defended a local attorney in a malpractice case filed by his former client whom he represented in a divorce action. The case involved complex business evaluation issues and the Plaintiff sought damages in excess of $400,000.00. After a week long trial, STAVALE & GEMMETE PLLC convinced the jury that their client did not commit malpractice. The jury returned a verdict of no cause for action on behalf of STAVALE & GEMMETE’s client.
