STAVALE & GEMMETE, PLLC, along with co-counsel from North Carolina, successfully represented a North Carolina bank consulting company in a complex multi-million dollar trade secret litigation case commenced by a New Jersey company in the New Jersey Federal Court. STAVALE & GEMMETE, PLLC successfully argued and obtained a full and complete dismissal of the case prior to trial. Shortly after the entering of the Order for Summary Judgment and the filing of an Appeal by the Plaintiff, the parties agreed to settle for a nominal amount which was significantly less than the amount sought by the Plaintiff in its Complaint.
